The extraction of plant-based constituents requires gentle processing methods. Finzelberg meets this requirement with state-of-the-art production methods, including continuously monitored static and dynamic processes.
Depending on the particular raw material or extract being produced, we use a variety of different solvents to liberate active substances and constituents. When producing special extracts, we take the process one step further by using special absorption procedures and fluid-fluid procedures to obtain concentrated actives or fractions of extracts.
For the highly critical drying procedure, Finzelberg has a differentiated range of drying devices. With spray driers, vacuum belt driers, spray belt driers and vacuum drying cabinets at our disposal, we can offer the gentlest technology for each individual extract.
